IN-PERSON REGISTRATION

Early Registration - $350 (limited discounted tickets available until March 31, 2024)

Sponsor an In-Person Scholarship: $400 (This option covers the fee for a person with lived experience to attend the conference, in person. This is 100% a donation.)

MDT In-Person Bundle for 5 People: $1700 (This option is for members of the Multidisciplinary Team and includes 5 In-Person Attendee registrations.)

These prices include:

• Full access to conference, June 11 - 13, 2024

• Full access to exhibitor hall

• Food and beverage during the conference (breakfast, lunch, PM refreshments)

• Networking events

  • Tuesday night networking social, including heavy hors d’oeuvres and one free mocktail / cocktail ticket; cash bar available

  • *Private social for guests with lived experience

• Continuing education credits 

• Certificate of attendance

• Official swag bag

• Access to recorded content for a specific period of time TBD

VIRTUAL REGISTRATION

Early virtual registration: $225 (limited discounted tickets available until March 31, 2024)

General virtual registration: $275

Student virtual registration: $125 (Select this option if you are currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate-level student, Student ID may be requested.)

Sponsor a virtual scholarship: $275 (This option covers the fee for a person with lived experience to attend the virtual conference. This is 100% a donation.)

• Full access to virtual exhibitor hall

• Virtual networking events and one-on-one opportunities

• Continuing education credits

• Certificate of attendance

• Access to digital swag bag

• Access to recorded content for a specific period of time TBD

SCHOLARSHIPS
A limited number of scholarships will be granted by lottery to those with lived experience. Contact conference coordinators with SCHOLARSHIP REQUEST in the subject line to be entered into the lottery. Provide your name, email, and phone number. Scholarships cover the cost of registration, hotel, and transportation are not provided.
